A construction professional with over 10 years experience in property development, construction and oil &gas servicing, who has over the years acquired in-depth professional knowledge and training pertinent to the real estate and infrastructure as well as steering consciousness towards best practice in the development, investment and financing of real estate and infrastructure business. Olawale has been immensely involved in estimating, budgeting, planning and managing multimillion dollar projects, working with cross-functional teams and generating cost savings.

In the early times he was contractor’s Qs for Sojimi and Services for the UAC factory relocation project ,Anthony Lagos. He later joined Centrebase consult/ Cantilever Engineering as project Qs and later vested with the responsibilities of Procurement coordinator where he was exposed and displayed his expertise in the Supply chain of the Nigeria construction industry. He continued his career, diverting into Oil &gas Services with the Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics (LADOL_Lfz) where he was QA/QC personnel cum Project QS in the Planning and Development Department of the Company being at the core of delivering major projects such as the SANTA project[ Samsung Training School Academy], Africoat Pipe Coating Shop, Egina FPSO etc at the LADOL BASE .

A member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Project Management institute (PMI),vast in International Standards guiding principles such as ISO 90001,140001,180001,energy management and audit processes . His passion for effectiveness and zero frictions for the built environment propelled the completion of a Master’s Degree in Engineering management from CIU, Nicosia.
